Why store a car at all
Moisture gathers in cavities and along the underbody, and rust starts where nobody looks. A battery left without a maintenance charger runs flat within months and is often finished after that. Tyres develop flat spots. Rodents find insulation and wiring. And in a shared underground garage, a car with a keyless system is gone in under a minute.
None of this happens suddenly. All of it costs money. On a car whose value depends on its condition, it costs more than the storage does.
What we do about it

The hall is enclosed and climate-controlled. At 45 to 55 percent relative humidity, corrosion effectively stops, while leather, rubber and seals stay from drying out. Bays are level and sealed, so no moisture rises from below.
Monitored 24/7
The system reports to a monitoring centre around the clock, with both sound and picture. Video surveillance and a fire alarm system sit alongside it. Your keys are kept in a safe with keyless-entry shielding, so nobody can capture the signal from outside. The hall cannot be seen into. Only people who keep a car here get in.
You can also look for yourself, whenever you like. The live feed from the hall runs on your phone.
Photographed at every handover
The battery stays on a maintenance charger for the whole storage period and tyre pressures are checked. On request, the engine is started once a month and brought up to temperature, with air conditioning and heating running.
We photograph the condition of your car at check-in and at check-out, and the images are yours. That is what lets us make the promise above.

Daily from 07:00 to 22:00, weekends included. Let us know by 18:00 the day before and your car will be ready.
A steady 15 °C. The corridor runs from 12 to 18 °C at 45 to 55 percent relative humidity. In that range corrosion effectively stops, while leather, rubber and seals are kept from drying out.
A minimum term of 3 months, then cancellable monthly to the end of the month. The season package differs: one fixed price over 7 months.
Storage insurance is in place for the whole period. We go through the sum insured, and whether to move your own policy to laid-up cover, before you sign.
We photograph the condition of your car, at first check-in and at every handover. The images are yours. Handovers take place in the customer lounge, not at the hall door.
Yes. If you arrive in your everyday car and drive off in the sports car, it stays with us while you are out. That is included in the price.
